Raghu is a visionary leader with over 35 years of experience, driving significant IT transformations across various industries. Raghu has expertly guided multiple prominent organizations through the critical transition from outdated legacy platforms to advanced architectures and solutions. These solutions are meticulously tailored, integrating modern tools and frameworks to align with the unique requirements of each organization. He ensures that his team delivers cost effective technology solutions that also yield a substantial return on investment (ROI). About Our VP of Business Development, Jenna Girompini
Ms. Girompini has built a distinguished career in government contracting, project and change management, process improvement, transformational change management, and research across the private and public sectors. She has collaborated with enterprise-level organizations, developed training programs for the United Nations in partnership with the UK’s Metropolitan Police, and served as a Subject Matter Expert on FAR and DFAR for the US Army and Air Force in procurement training. She has designed and delivered training programs for Contracting Officers at CMS, contributed to revising the IRS’s Strategic Engagement Plan for its Human Capital Office, and created change management strategies for organizations such as LinkedIn, Deloitte, and New York University.
Additionally, she has worked on a Project Management Certification Program with UMASS Boston for the MBTA and MassDOT and collaborated on process improvement initiatives for a Tier 1 airport with a prime consultant team, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Her extensive experience is complemented by her advanced research capabilities, which she translates into actionable projects with strategic and SMART goal setting.
