Engaged by FMCSA to modernize legacy applications and migrate them to the Microsoft Azure Platform, including Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Tools, Power BI, etc.), Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and Microsoft SharePoint.
Workflow Tracking Tool (WFTT)
Scope: Retire and replace the WFTT Case Management legacy application with a custom solution built on Microsoft Azure Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Key Achievements
- Dynamics 365 is implemented to offer a versatile CRM framework, enabling the creation of unique entities and workflows tailored to Corrective Action Plans.
- Power Automate is used for process automation, enhancing workflow and data integration across systems.
- The Azure backend provides cloud storage, security features, and computational power, ensuring scalability and high availability.
Access Request Initiation Application (ARIA)
Scope: Replace and retire the ARIA legacy application with a custom solution built on Microsoft Azure Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Key Achievements
- Modernizing systems by integrating Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Canvas Apps for data management, admin control, and user interface, with a focus on custom entities for specific operational needs.
